Zdeněk Skalák: I enjoy digging into things and figuring out how they work
Zdeněk Skalák joined Monet+ in 1999. Back then, the company had eighteen employees, including the cleaning lady. Today, there are over three hundred, and they proudly hold the title of Company of the Year 2025.
Can you imagine programming completely without the internet?
When Eduard Nesiba joined Monet+ in Zlín, the company was based in an ordinary family house, there were about fifteen of them, and a family atmosphere prevailed.
